1. General
1.1. These Terms and conditions should be read by you (“User”, “player” or “Connecting Wallet”) in its entirety prior to your use of HunnyPlay’s Services or products.
1.2. By accessing HunnyPlay.io, you are deemed to have accepted and are bound by these terms and conditions, please do not continue to access the website (HunnyPlay.io) if you do not agree to our terms and conditions entirely.
1.3. By connecting your Wallet to HunnyPlay.io, you accept and agree to adhere to our terms and conditions.
1.4. HunnyPlay administration reserves all rights to amend any of these terms and conditions and it is the “user” responsibility to update themselves of any changes to these terms and conditions and to frequently visit these pages for any updates.
1.5. HunnyPlay administration will notify users if there are any major updates to these terms and conditions.
1.6. HunnyPlay reserves the right to assign a part of this agreement or in whole at any time without notice. You may not transfer or assign this agreement in any way.
1.7. All decisions made by the administrators of HunnyPlay are final.
2. Requirements to access HunnyPlay services
2.1. You are over 18 years of age or of meet the minimum legal age of majority as stipulated in the jurisdiction of the country of your residence.
2.2. Ensure that online games of chance, betting, gambling are allowed in your region. HunnyPlay will not be responsible for any violation of users of local laws relating to online games of chance, betting and gambling restrictions.
2.3. You are not allowed to access HunnyPlay if there is any regulation against gambling in your country of residence.
3. Account Registration and Wallet Connection to HunnyPlay Services
3.0.1. Users who register via email, need to verify their account (via email). Your account has to be verified within thirty days (30 days), An OTP will be sent to your email address upon completing the sign-up.
3.0.2. Upon receipt of your application, we may be in touch to request further information and/ or documentation from you in order for us to comply with our regulatory and legal obligations.
3.0.3. Only one account per e-mail address, wallet, etc. It is necessary to indicate correct and real names. HunnyPlay does not allow the usage of Multiple Accounts, wallets, addresses or emails. Users who use multiple accounts may have their accounts frozen, terminated and funds restricted. Players who created multiple accounts with the sole intention of taking advantage of bonus promotions (if any) will not be eligible to receive any winnings made with our bonuses. Furthermore, their accounts will be blocked upon recognition without prior notice and this may include a forfeit of any and all balances of the fraudulent account.
3.0.4. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a registration application from any applicant at our sole discretion and without any obligation to communicate a specific reason.
3.0.5. Before using the Service, you must personally complete the registration form and read and accept these Terms. We may require you to become a verified Customer which includes passing certain checks. You may be required to provide valid proof of identification and any other document as it may be deemed necessary. This includes but is not limited to, a picture ID (copy of passport, driver's licence, or national ID card) and a recent utility bill listing your name and address as proof of residence. We reserve the right to suspend wagering or restrict Account options on any Account until the required information is received. This procedure is done in accordance with the applicable gaming regulation and the anti-money laundering legal requirements. Additionally, you will need to fund your Service Account using the payment methods set out on the payment section of our Website.
3.0.6. If You register via email You have to provide accurate contact information, inclusive of a valid email address (“Registered Email Address”), and update such information in the future to keep it accurate. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date on your Account. Failure to do so may result in you failing to receive important Account related notifications and information from us, including changes we make to these Terms. We identify and communicate with our Customers via their Registered Email Addresses. It is the responsibility of the Customer to maintain an active and unique email account, to provide us with the correct email address, and to advise the Company of any changes in their email address. Each Customer is wholly responsible for maintaining the security of his Registered Email Address to prevent the use of his Registered Email Address by any third party. Company shall not be responsible for any damages or losses deemed or alleged to have resulted from communications between Company and the Customer using the Registered Email Address. We will immediately suspend your Account upon written notice to you to this effect if you intentionally provide false or inaccurate personal information.
3.1. Registration
3.1.1. You are required to connect your wallet to HunnyPlay before any wagers can be placed.
3.1.2. HunnyPlay does not allow any form of autonomous algorithms and/or programmed devices to participate in game play. HunnyPlay reserves all rights to void any game play resulting from the use of autonomous algorithms and/or programmed devices.
3.1.3. Please do not reveal your seed phrase, private key or details to anyone. HunnyPlay’s administration will not contact you first to request these details.
3.2. Deposits
3.2.1. HunnyPlay accepts various forms of virtual currencies (HUNNY, CAKE, BNB, USDT) to participate in the website’s games.
3.2.2. To deposit virtual currencies into your account, you can transfer virtual currencies from your personal wallets or other virtual currencies related accounts.
3.2.3 We reserve the right to forfeit any positive balance on your account in case of reset of the wager or any actions that belong to duplicate accounts, conspirations, frauds, criminal activity, or fakes.
3.2.4 Funds originating from criminal and/or illegal and/or unauthorized activities must not be deposited to the site (HunnyPlay.io).
3.3. First-time Player Deposit bonus
3.3.1. HUSD is an in-house incentive currency that players earn when they make a deposit for the first time.
3.3.2. HUSD can be swapped for any supported stablecoins such as USDT or USDC at a rate of 1 HUSD = 1 USD.
3.3.3. HUSD is not transferable nor withdrawable.
3.3.4. HUSD can be unlocked over a period of wagering based on the formula;
3.3.5. HunnyPlay reserves all rights to amend the terms and conditions and usages of HUSD as it deems necessary.
3.3.6. Any form of fraudulent, multiple account creations and any forms of malicious activities that abuses the HUSD promotion may result in your account being terminated and your accounts and funds confiscated.
3.4. Withdrawals
3.4.1. Withdrawals shall be made to your wallet address.
3.4.2. In the event of an incorrect crediting of deposit to your wallet due to any reason, you are not allowed to withdraw these virtual currencies and it is your responsibility to notify the administrators and return these virtual currencies back to us.
3.4.3. Users are fully responsible for paying all fees and taxes applied to their winnings according to the laws of the jurisdiction of the player’s residence.
3.4.4. Withdrawals may be delayed due to certain events such as congested blockchain networks, or other administrative reasons. Users are aware and accept that all withdrawal requests require a fee which is indicated clearly.
3.4.5. In case your winning is $50,000 or more, HunnyPlay reserves the right to pay the winning in equal parts as until the amount is fully dispersed.
3.4.6. HunnyPlay withdrawal processing may take up to but is not limited to 7 days, in some cases this duration may be extended for a longer period pending investigations. HunnyPlay reserves the right, at any time, to hold any virtual currency withdrawal to verify the source of obtaining. HunnyPlay reserves the right to restrict the Service, deposit, or withdrawal until the investigation is sufficiently determined, or for any other reason at HunnyPlay risk team discretion
4. Your representations and authorities
You hereby declare and warrant, covenant and agree with the following:
4.1. Your use of HunnyPlay is at your sole discretion and risk.
4.2. You participate in the Games and Services only on the behalf of yourself.
4.3. All information provided to HunnyPlay during the validity of this agreement is true, complete, and accurate. You shall inform HunnyPlay of any such changes immediately.
4.4. All games have an element of chance involved and you take on the risk of losing all your deposits in your account by using the Service.
4.5. You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes or other amounts payable in your resident country which may be payable on cryptocurrency awarded to you through your using the Service
4.6. You are 18 years of age or over or above the minimum legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. You confirm that you are legally allowed to use the Service under the relevant laws in your jurisdiction and are NOT in breach of said laws.
5. Privacy Policy
5.1. By using HunnyPlay.io, you agree to provide your personal data to HunnyPlay.ioto have access and use the services offered by HunnyPlay.iowebsite. We may review the Privacy Policy periodically and reserve the right to change the Privacy Policy at any time at our discretion by posting such changes on the website.

5.4. You agree that promotional campaign information maybe be sent to you based on the information we have collected
5.5. If you win a sum worthy of publicity, you agree to make yourself available for any event of such nature arranged by HunnyPlay.io. We reserve the right to use your nicknames in any HunnyPlay.ioannouncement about promotions or competition results on the website or our social networks.
6. Limitation of liability
6.1. You participate in the Games at your own risk. There is no warranty regarding the use of the Website and the Games provided by us.
6.2. Under no circumstances, HunnyPlay.io, games, services of the website do not warrant:
6.2.1. That the software of website is/are fit for service
6.2.2. Free of software bugs and errors of any kind
6.2.3. That the website, games, or services will be accessible without any disruptions
6.3. HunnyPlay.io will not be responsible nor liable for any damages, expenses, or losses which may or may not have arisen from the use of our website, games, and services.
6.4. Bets and any winnings received during a malfunction in the game are invalid. Any subsequent Games or Services in which you participate for the funds received from the malfunctioning game will also be invalid.
7. Complaints and dispute resolutions
7.1. In the event of any disputes or complaints on our games, website, or services you may reach out to our support team.
7.2. Disputes and complaints regarding users' gaming activities, platform functionality mechanics, and other issues pertaining to the platform and user interaction. Will be reviewed no later than 14 days from the issue occurrence date.
8. Your conduct
8.1. For your protection and protection of all our Customers, the posting of any content on the Service, as well as conduct in connection therewith and/or the Service, which is in any way unlawful, inappropriate or undesirable is strictly prohibited (“Prohibited Behaviour”).
8.2. If you engage in Prohibited Behaviour, or we determine at our sole discretion that you are engaging in Prohibited Behaviour, your Account and/or your access to or use of the Service may be terminated immediately without notice to you. Legal action may be taken against you by another Customer, other third party, enforcement authorities, and/or us with respect to you having engaged in Prohibited Behaviour.
8.3. Prohibited Behaviour includes, but is not limited to, accessing, or using the Service to:
8.3.1. Conduct any unlawful or illegal activity, such as, but not limited to, any activity that furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise, violates another Customer's or any other third party’s privacy or other rights or that creates or spreads computer viruses;
8.3.2. Transmit or make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, lewd, violent, hateful, or racially or ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
8.3.3. Transmit or make available any content that the user does not have a right to make available under any law or contractual or fiduciary relationship, including without limitation, any content that infringes a third party’s copyright, trademark or other intellectual property and proprietary rights;
8.3.4. Interfere with, disrupt or reverse engineer the Service in any manner, including, without limitation, intercepting, emulating or redirecting the communication protocols used by us, creating or using cheats, mods or hacks or any other software designed to modify the Service, or using any software that intercepts or collects information from or through the Service;
8.3.5. Retrieve or index any information from the Service using any robot or another automated mechanism;
8.3.6. Participate in any activity or action that, in the sole and entire unfettered discretion of us results or may result in another Customer being defrauded or scammed;
8.3.7. Transmit or make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or mass mailing such as, but not limited to, junk mail, instant messaging, "spam", chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other forms of solicitations;
8.3.8. Create multiple accounts on the website and/or mobile application by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretences;
8.3.9. Impersonation of another Customer or any other third party;
8.3.10. Usage of cheating and unfair advantages including but not limited to system malfunction and errors, also using of bots (automatic players) or exploitation of the “errors’;
8.3.11. Criminal activities, including money laundering and other criminal intrusions.
8.4. If you find or suspect that the player is cheating, colluding, or undertaking fraudulent activities, please inform HunnyPlay’s representative or support immediately. HunnyPlay reserves the right to terminate games or events in each of the above cases and in any other instances to avoid fraud.
8.5. The above list of Prohibited Behaviour is not exhaustive and may be modified by us at any time or from time to time. We reserve the right to investigate and to take all necessary actions as we deem appropriate at our sole under the circumstances, including without limitation deleting the Customer’s posting(s) from the Service and/or terminating their Account, and take any action against any Customer or third party who directly or indirectly in, or knowingly permits any third party to directly or indirectly engage in Prohibited Behaviour, with or without notice to such Customer or third party.
9. Multiple accounts
HunnyPlay.io website is for personal use and entertainment. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of collusion, fraud, Service abuse, and/or any kind of Service manipulation is prohibited and may result in account closure and result in forfeit or clawback of any balances of those accounts, including but not limited to deposits, cashbacks and any forms of rewards received.
10. AML and KYC Policy
HunnyPlay.io prohibits and rejects the usage of the Service offered on our website for any form of illicit activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing or trade sanctions violations. Accounts suspected of illicit activities by using the Services offered may be blocked and transactions may be stopped until all necessary investigations have been completed. Additional information may be requested from users to assist in our investigation if required.
HunnyPlay.io reserves the right, to restrict the Service, deposit, or withdrawal until an account’s identity is sufficiently determined, or for any other reason.
In the event of fraud and the user declines to provide the requested information from our risk department by the expiry of a reasonable deadline, HunnyPlay.io reserves the right to close the access for the user's account permanently.
11. HunnyPlay.io Withdrawal Policies
Withdrawal processing may take up to but is not limited to 7 days, or for an extended period in some cases. HunnyPlay.io reserves the right, at any time, to withhold any withdrawal exceeding 10,000 USDT equivalents for the purpose of authenticity verifications. HunnyPlay.io reserves the right to restrict the Service, deposit, or withdrawal until a thorough investigation is done and the outcome is sufficiently determined, or for any other reason as determined by HunnyPlay.io administration.
12. Breach of Terms and Conditions
12.1. Without limiting our other remedies, we may suspend or terminate your Account and refuse to continue providing you with the Service, in either case without giving you prior notice, if, in our reasonable opinion, you breached any material term of these Terms. Notice of any such action taken will, however, be promptly provided to you.
12.2. You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless Hunnyplay and its shareholders, directors, agents, and employees from and against all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including legal fees and any other charges whatsoever, howsoever caused, that may arise as a result of: (i) your breach of this Agreement, in whole or in part; (ii) violation by you of any law or any third party rights; and (iii) use by you of the Service.
13. Force Majeure
We cannot be held liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service due to an event of Force Majeure which could reasonably be considered to be outside our control despite our execution of reasonable preventative measures such as: an act of God; trade or labor dispute; power cut; act, failure or omission of any government or authority; obstruction or failure of telecommunication services; or any other delay or failure caused by a third party, and we will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage that you may suffer. In such an event, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend the Service without incurring any liability.
