1. General

2. Requirements to access HunnyPlay services

2.1. You are over 18 years of age or of meet the minimum legal age of majority as stipulated in the jurisdiction of the country of your residence.

3. Account Registration and Wallet Connection to HunnyPlay Services

Furthermore, their accounts will be blocked upon recognition without prior notice and this may include a forfeit of any and all balances of the fraudulent account.

3.0.4. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a registration application from any applicant at our sole discretion and without any obligation to communicate a specific reason.

3.0.5. Before using the Service, you must personally complete the registration form and read and accept these Terms. 3.1.2. HunnyPlay does not allow any form of autonomous algorithms and/or programmed devices to participate in game play. HunnyPlay reserves all rights to void any game play resulting from the use of autonomous algorithms and/or programmed devices.

3.1.3. Please do not reveal your seed phrase, private key or details to anyone. HunnyPlay’s administration will not contact you first to request these details.

3.2. Deposits

3.2.1. HunnyPlay accepts various forms of virtual currencies (HUNNY, CAKE, BNB, USDT) to participate in the website’s games.

3.2.2. To deposit virtual currencies into your account, you can transfer virtual currencies from your personal wallets or other virtual currencies related accounts.

3.2.3 We reserve the right to forfeit any positive balance on your account in case of reset of the wager or any actions that belong to duplicate accounts, conspirations, frauds, criminal activity, or fakes.

3.4.2. In the event of an incorrect crediting of deposit to your wallet due to any reason, you are not allowed to withdraw these virtual currencies and it is your responsibility to notify the administrators and return these virtual currencies back to us.

4. Your representations and authorities

You hereby declare and warrant, covenant and agree with the following:

8.3.4. Interfere with, disrupt or reverse engineer the Service in any manner, including, without limitation, intercepting, emulating or redirecting the communication protocols used by us, creating or using cheats, mods or hacks or any other software designed to modify the Service, or using any software that intercepts or collects information from or through the Service;

8.3.5. Retrieve or index any information from the Service using any robot or another automated mechanism;

8.3.6. Participate in any activity or action that, in the sole and entire unfettered discretion of us results or may result in another Customer being defrauded or scammed;

8.3.7. Transmit or make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or mass mailing such as, but not limited to, junk mail, instant messaging, "spam", chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other forms of solicitations;

8.3.8. Create multiple accounts on the website and/or mobile application by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretences;

8.3.9. Impersonation of another Customer or any other third party;

8.3.10. Usage of cheating and unfair advantages including but not limited to system malfunction and errors, also using of bots (automatic players) or exploitation of the “errors’;

8.3.11. Criminal activities, including money laundering and other criminal intrusions.

8.4. If you find or suspect that the player is cheating, colluding, or undertaking fraudulent activities, please inform HunnyPlay’s representative or support immediately. HunnyPlay reserves the right to terminate games or events in each of the above cases and in any other instances to avoid fraud.

8.5. The above list of Prohibited Behaviour is not exhaustive and may be modified by us at any time or from time to time. We reserve the right to investigate and to take all necessary actions as we deem appropriate at our sole under the circumstances, including without limitation deleting the Customer’s posting(s) from the Service and/or terminating their Account, and take any action against any Customer or third party who directly or indirectly in, or knowingly permits any third party to directly or indirectly engage in Prohibited Behaviour, with or without notice to such Customer or third party.

13. Force Majeure

We cannot be held liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service due to an event of Force Majeure which could reasonably be considered to be outside our control despite our execution of reasonable preventative measures such as: an act of God; trade or labor dispute; power cut; act, failure or omission of any government or authority; obstruction or failure of telecommunication services; or any other delay or failure caused by a third party, and we will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage that you may suffer. In such an event, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend the Service without incurring any liability.
